- How fast can we see results?
Most practices can expect to see early results within the first month. A full rollout can take up to 90 days, and longer if a new website is part of the plan.
- What happens in the first 90 days?
We assess the best opportunities and launch the work most likely to produce results quickly. For many practices, that means ads, tracking, landing pages, and funnel improvements. After 90 days, we review the impact and decide what else should be added to support long-term growth.
- What budget do I need?
Your budget depends on your market, treatments, goals, and approved strategy. For ad spend, we usually recommend starting with at least $2,000 per month.
- What if people contact us but do not book?
We work with clients to improve lead quality and the booking flow. That includes the ads, landing pages, website, follow-up process, and in-practice communication.
- Do I need a new website before starting?
Not always. If your current website can support the strategy, we may improve it or build dedicated landing pages first. If a new website is the right move, we will explain why and only recommend it when it makes sense.
- How do you track results?
